Giving Back - A Priest's Legacy

Rev. Thomas Coughlin '50 who died in 1985 established a trust to care for his sister, Sister Maureen Coughlin, OSB throughout her life. Upon her death, 10 charities received a distribution from the trust Rev. Coughlin established.

He chose to support the organizations that shaped him as a person, from the educational institutions he attended to the parishes where he was assigned throughout his life as a priest. St. Ambrose University is one of those charities that benefits from this thoughtful estate plan.
